Dawn believes schools work best when students feel known, supported, and encouraged to grow. Over five years in a Catholic school environment, she served students, teachers, administration, and families in many different ways.

Because she taught two subjects across eight grade levels, she built relationships with more than 120 students throughout the school. She enjoys being organized, helping others, solving problems, and stepping in wherever needed to support a successful school day.
